Espresso: 
   
      Espresso concentrate is a highly concentrated form of espresso that is used as a base for a variety of coffee drinks. It is made by brewing finely ground coffee beans under high pressure and extracting a small amount of highly concentrated coffee. Espresso concentrate is typically thicker and stronger than regular espresso, with a more pronounced flavor and aroma.

  • Dose: Measure coffee into portafilter.
  • Tamp: Press coffee grounds evenly in the basket.
  • Extract: Place portafilter in machine and initiate brew cycle.

  



French Press:

Steps to Use :

  • Grind: Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
  •  Add grounds: Put the ground coffee in the filter, centering it evenly.
  • Pre-infuse: Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to evenly saturate them. 
  • Pour water: Slowly pour hot water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds, maintaining a consistent flow. 
  • Brew and collect: Allow the coffee to drip into your cup or carafe.


Cold Brew: 


      "Cold brew" is a coffee brewing method where coarsely ground coffee beans are steeped in cold water (or room temperature water) for an extended period of time, usually 12 to 24 hours, resulting in a smooth, less acidic coffee concentrate that can be diluted with water or milk and typically served chilled over ice; essentially, it's brewing coffee using cold water instead of hot water for a long extraction time.

  • Combine: Add grounds to cold water in a container.
  • Steep: Let mixture sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
  • Strain: Filter out coffee grounds using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter.

Aero Press:


     The Aero press brewing method involves placing ground coffee in a chamber, pouring hot water over it, stirring briefly, then pressing a plunger down to force the coffee through a paper filter into a cup, creating a clean, smooth brew; key steps include: adding filter to the cap, adding coffee grounds, pouring hot water, stirring, then pressing down the plunger to filter the coffee.

  •  Prepare: Rinse filter with hot water, add coffee grounds to the Aero press chamber. 
  • Pour water: Pour hot water over the coffee, stirring gently. 
  • Steep: Let coffee sit for a short time.
